Vision Point Tester Process Flow of Installation of Custom Made Inspection Systems

STEP 1: Technical Consultation

Conduct a consultation about the type, material, shape and size of the work to be inspected, type of defects, inspection tact, and yield rate in the visual check, etc. Sound levels are measured also.

STEP 2: Sample Test
Conduct a consultation about the type, material, shape and size of the work to be inspected, type of defects, inspection tact, and yield rate in the visual check, etc. Sound levels are measured also.

STEP 3: System Review and Pre-Installation Evaluation
Conduct a consultation about the type, material, shape and size of the work to be inspected, type of defects, inspection tact, and yield rate in the visual check, etc. Sound levels are measured also.

STEP 4: Decision on System Specifications for Actual Machines
Conduct a consultation about the type, material, shape and size of the work to be inspected, type of defects, inspection tact, and yield rate in the visual check, etc. Sound levels are measured also.
Features of Vision Point (VP-L1000)
  • Parameter System - Parameter driven inspection system that offers essential functions with easy parameter settings.
  • High Speed & Accuracy - Loaded with the image-processing engine to import pictures of up to 4 billion pixels with 4 boards in parallel makes real time defect detection possible.
  • Easy Setup & Operation - Simply place cameras and lights on the current production lines with the computer nearby. Inspection made easy by registering the camera positions and selecting the product information.
  • Simulation Function - Well-developed evaluation system functions such as simulation, original image archiving, etc. Pre-installation tests can be utilized as well.
  • Optional Function - (1) Full IF (DIO, PLC output function, etc.) can be installed for a flexible post-inspection process. (2) You can ensure a steady improvement of a high end inspection system by conducting an evaluation test with a camera, and then install up to 16 cameras afterwards.

What is Moire Fringe Method?

  • Generate the Moire fringe between the grid light and CCD elements to calculate the lens power based on the phase lag of the Moire fringe.
  • Use 4 CCD elements per grid to detect the reaction.
  • Quantitatively determine (mdpt) the optical distortion (lens power) in the camera scanning direction.
  • International patented.
